Welcome to Simply Elderberry Products! By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.   

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment 

 All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business day of purchase unless otherwise stated.  Tracking numbers will be provided within 24 hours of shipment.  Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MST) may be processed the following business day.  We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 2. Shipping & Delivery  

We currently ship within the United States (international orders may be available upon request).  Standard delivery times are typically 2–5 business days, depending on location.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.  Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Simply Elderberry Products is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. 

 3. Product Quality & Disclaimer 

All of our  elderberry products are made from natural ingredients and may vary slightly in flavor, color, or consistency.  We do not make any medical claims about our products. Information on our website is for educational purposes only and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.  Please consult your healthcare provider before using any product if you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical supervision.

 4. Payment & Pricing  

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Sales tax is applied in accordance with state and local laws. 

5. Privacy & Security  

Your privacy is important to us. Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication related to your purchase.  We do not sell or share your information with third parties. 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, product descriptions, and trademarks on the Simply Elderberry Products website are the property of Simply Elderberry Products.  Reproduction, Resell or distribution of our content or product without written permission is strictly prohibited. 

7. Limitation of Liability  

Simply Elderberry Products is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of our products.  By purchasing from us, you agree to use all products responsibly and according to their intended purpose.
